TRNW refunds are pro-rated according to the amount of time used on your current membership subscription. If for some reason you are not happy and wish a refund, just send an email to: tod@trnw.net, or fax to: 209-551-3992. Please state why you are not happy, and include your "mailing address", AND "email address" you registered with TRNW when you joined. TRNW will then mail, (US Postal Service) you a refund check for your remaining unused membership terms. Please note that there will be a $15 early termination fee applied to all refunds.
